That necklace is soo cute! Right when I saw it I started making up tons of dream outfits. I made two of them on Polyvore. I know that you only asked for one look but it was so much fun I couldn't help but make two.

The first look is a black fitted dress with a skinny neon yellow belt and with neon yellow pumps. (kinda like the ones you have!)
The second look is a lightish wash denim shirt with black skinny jeans and tall riding boots.
Both of the looks are super cute. The necklace can make any outfit pop.
